Sunday we attended worship at Placerita Baptist Church. Afterwards, we headed to the beach. The kids charged into the ocean!

Luis thought the ocean was freezing. Jared and Tyrese had to throw him in. He was back out about ten seconds…
When we arrived in Santa Clarita, we met Julie (a former intern) and her boyfriend John (a former Outreach Week Team member) for a picnic at the park.
John and Julie graciously provided a picnic for us and spend several hours just playing with the kids.
The kids were so happy to see Julie.
We stopped on the California side of the Colorado River, right after we crossed the border. The kids were ecstatic!
After almost twenty hours in the car, we put our feet in the Colorado River…
