About

One Hope is a ministry seeking to transform the inner city by targeting the devastating cycles of poverty, racism, abuse, and violence. We believe that the hope of the Gospel can change individuals who are imprisoned in these cycles and can transform families and communities by destroying the cycles themselves. Our goal is to combat the cycles of devastation in the inner city by specifically targeting kids who are at-risk for being the next wave of those cycles with relationship-based programs that motivate children through opportunities.

The blog is administrated and edited by Miriam Boone, with weekly posts from Nate Boone, Jared Tabor, Jillian Hazel, and Tyler Brown and with occasional posts from other staff and volunteers. Our goal is to give readers a glimpse into the joys and needs that make up every day life at One Hope and to share what God is teaching us about ministry in the inner city.
